Respite Care & Help for the Care Resistant
Caring for a loved one can be very rewarding and exhausting at the same time. We desire to support you with respite care so that you can have time to take care of yourself and avoid burnout. Or if you care deeply for someone who is resistant to care, I can relate. My late uncle was resistant to care to the point that he preferred to never shower or bathe and had very unhealthy eating habits despite his diabetes. I still loved my uncle and I did what I could to help him maintain his dignity and to help him have a healthier lifestyle. Today it is my desire to be available to help others who are in a similar situation.

If you are looking for skilled nurses for home care then you have come to the right place! We are a husband and wife team and we are both registered nurses who are skilled and equipped to perform a large variety of treatments including simple and complex wound care, drain and ostomy care, I.V. therapy and injections, constipation relief interventions, medication organization, health assessments, ear flushes, blood draws and tick removal. It is our desire to offer great quality skilled nursing care within your own home!

Trying to learn how to manage your chronic kidney disease? Feel overwhelmed with your new diabetes diagnosis? Wondering what will be involved during your knee replacement recovery time? If you can relate to these questions then we want to be a resource for you! We are available to visit you in your home, answer your questions, and teach you everything you need to know about the condition you have and how to follow your provider's directions at home. You don't have to feel alone and overwhelmed.
Home Adjustments for the Elderly & Disabled
Have you been asking yourself, "How do I move my elderly parent into my house?" or " Who can I ask to make home adjustments for my aging parents?" or "Who can make this house more easily accessible for my disabled loved one?" without finding any answers? Here at Nurse Nate's Services, we want to be a resource for you and a real answer to these questions! We can come to your home and find solutions that work for your specific situation. We are able to make installations such as hand held shower heads, shower grab bars and toilet seat rails. We can provide minor house repairs that will in turn remove trip hazards and other safety concerns. We can also create a floor plan and move the heavy furniture according to that plan in order to make it easier and safer for you to move through your home.
I Think I Have COVID
If you feel sick, but not quite sick enough to see a provider, Nurse Nate's Services can come right to your door. Our health assessments can help you to determine if you need Provider care and if your condition is improving or worsening. When people feel sick they are naturally at a higher risk for dehydration which in turn can make their condition feel even worse. We can provide rehydration interventions as well as nutritional encouragement. These interventions can give your body what it needs to fight the illness. If you are concerned that you may have COVID we can also provide a COVID test. All of these Nurse Skills are offered for your health and care in the comfort of your home.
